UDHAMPUR, Feb 4: Tritiya Sopan camp of Bharat Scouts and Guides organized at Udhampur concluded today. The 5-day long camp covered the all the syllabus as per APRO issued by Bharat Scouts and Guides National Headquarter. Various components which included mapping, pioneering, first aid, signalling, knotting, tenting, pitching, hiking, cooking, civil defence, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, yoga, children rights and various other constituents of Parvesh, Pratham Sopan, Dwitiya Sopan and Tritiya Sopan were successfully conducted. Chief Guest of the occasion was ex-MLA Udhampur, Pawan Kumar Gupta while guest of honour was DySP Civil Defence.They appreciated the Scout Masters Rakesh Singh, Vivek Gupta, Ajay Sharma, Jagdev Singh and Vikram Gupta for their efforts in successful completion of Tritya Sopan camp. Colourful cultural programmes were also presented by the Scouts and Guides including Scout Laws and Promises. District Secretary Reasi/Udhampur Annayatullah Khan delivered speech, inspected and observed the logbooks of the Scouts and Guides and signaling of the Scout students. |
