| Six of family died in tragic road accident in Doda | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 15: In a tragic accident on Kishtwar-Jammu stretch of National Highway 244 near Ragi Nallah, six of family members including three male, two female and a child died after the Eco Vehicle in which they were travelling meet with an accident and fall into 400 feet deep gorge.
As per the details available with with Early Times, the vehicle was purchased only last week carrying temporary Registration No. dated 5-2-2021 was only its way carrying the family from Nagri Doda towards Batote when the accident occurred resulted into on spot death of 4 person while two person scummed while being shifted to Medical College Doda.
All the six dead bodies were recovered from the debris of the ill fated vehicle by joint team of local rescuers, police and NGO volunteers.
The dead bodies will be handed over to the family members for last riots after completion of all the legal formalities.
It is pertinent to mention that last year six family members from Ramban who were traveling to Doda in Eco vehicle meet the similar fate. |
