JAMMU, Sept 20: The state VHP under the chairmanship of its a president Ramakant Dubey in a meeting, ahs come heavenly on the working of the state govt especially under the governor dispensation which it seems violated all norms, rules, trust and its duties which conducting a raid on the ashram of Swami Dinesh Bahrati at Gulwadey Chak on the night of 18th and 19th September where in all his disciples including children were beaten, man handed and ashram belongings were thrown either and the then.
