JAMMU, Sept 22: A lovelorn couple made abortive bid to end life here under the jurisdiction of Satwari Police station today. Sunil Sharma s/o Raj Kumar r/o Chumbyain and Sonu Jamwal r/o Babliwan, Gangyal today made an abortive bid to end life by cutting their veins. They were rushed to GMC hospital where their condition is stated to be stable. Sources said that both had love affair and wanted to bind their self in marriage life but their parents opposed with the marriage proposal citing inter caste reason. Today in a fit of emotions they cut their veins of arms. They were rushed to GMC hospital for treatment. |
