JAMMU, Sept 23: The “child line India Foundation”, a NGO working for the welfare of the childrens in the city of temples, who are ill, alone and are in need of shelter and care. Being a project of the union ministry of social justice and empowerment is in the partnership with all state governments and academic institution functioning in every state of the country.
