| Mufti Har Phikr ko Dhuney mei Udhata Chala Gaya | | | Jammu, July 9 :- “Har Phikr ko Dhuney mei Udhata Chala Gaya”. This is how the former Chief Minister,Mufti Mohd.Sayeed, was seen puffing out his worries with a cigarette in between his lips after eating a plate full of Bhatoora,cheese and channa.
The occasion was a luncheon hosted in his honour by a party worker from Jammu west,R.K.Bali, after the Mufti addressed a well attended convention of PDP workers.
Wearing a safari suit the Mufti addressed the party workers for about 45 minutes and during his speech he had to clear his choked throat by sipping water.
Soon after finishing the convention he was escorted to a hall where he was seated in a chair and a worker brought the plate filled with choley,Batoorey and cheese which he relished till finishing the ingredients.While coming out of the convention mediamen started firing questions.As his won’t the Mufti,with a smile on his face,told newsmen “I have spoken for long.I cannot speak more.” When pressed for a reply to their questions Mufti Mohd.Sayeed shot back “do not spoil my story.I have spoken enough and you can dish out a good story.”
“ I shall speak on the issues you have raised when I shall invite you next time,”he said.
One newsman shook hands telling the Mufti “You have spoiled our story because our questions remained unanswered.” To this the Mufti said “Jo Bhola hein us mein bhaoot stories hein”(whatever I have spoken at the convention you cam make good stories.”
