| Lal Singh for early completion of on going projects | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
DODA, Sept 27: Member Parliament, Ch .Lal Singh has impressed upon the executing agencies to ensure early completion of the projects under execution in the district so that benefits percolate to the people.
He was reviewing the pace of developmental projects in the district at a high level meeting of the sectoral officers of various engineering wings here today.
The meeting was among others attended by Deputy Commissioner, Doda, Syed Sharief-ud-Din, DIG Doda range H K Lohia and SSP Doda.
Ch Lal Singh took a detailed review of the developmental works like construction of District Hospital Doda at an estimated cost of Rs.32.48 crore, sports stadium Doda at a cost of Rs.4.46 crore, Ganpat Bridge at an estimated cost Rs.29.95 crore and Khilani-Galginder Bye pass.
He also met the people of Pul-Doda whose houses have submerged due to impounding of the Baglihar reservoir and several other delegations of people from various regions of Doda. |
