| JK Sharnarthi deputation call on Guv | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 28: A deputationi of Jammu Kashmir Sharnarth action committee, led by its president Gurdev Singh today called on Governor, N.N Vohra and apprised him about their problems and demands of displaced person from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (POK).
Members of deputation while narrating the sad plight of nearly ten lakh displaced persons which include Hindus & Sikhs are still awaiting for full and final rehabilitation even lapse of six decades. They urged upon the Governor to intervene in the matter at an earliest.
Governor gave patient hearing and assured the deputation. Among other the delegation include Ch. Paras Ram, Sub. Mian Singh, Amrik Singh, Dayal Singh Wazir, Suresh Kumar Sharma and Pawan Bakshi. |
