JAMMU, Sept 30: The role of Kashmiri leaders during Shri Amarnath Shrine Board land issue, including those of the so-called mainstream political parties like PDP and NC has vindicated the stand of Jammu State Morcha (P) that there is no hope for the people of Jammu region to get justice in the present political set up where Jammu region remains as a part of Jammu and Kashmir State.
Morcha President Virender Gupta addressing media persons here today said that there was a great mass upsurge and intensive participation of the common people of Jammu region in the movement. This happened because of the fact that the people of Jammu region found the present agitation an opportunity to express their severe resentment against the Kashmiri rulers and the apathetic attitude of Government of India for the extreme kind of exploitation, humiliation and neglect to which they have been subjected to in the last 61years.
On this occasion Jugal Kishore Gupta, Surinder Sharma, Bimal Arora, Parveen Kumar Sharma Ajay Sachdeva, Mohinder Pal Singh Jitender Koul, Balraj Singh Sahni, Sunil Koul, Sanjay Singh, Rohit Sharma, Repan Razdan,Jang Bhadur Singh, Ajay Sharma, Raman Kumar,Sanjeev Kumar. Sharma, Vikas Kohli, C.P. Arora, Jai Mahajan, Ravi Kant Sharma and Vikram Singh joined the Morcha today. |
