| New Court timings from today | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 30: During the winter session 2008-09, the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing shall function from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm from tomorrow.
According to a notification issued by Registrar General State High Court, Abdul Rashid Bhat, the High Court Jammu wing shall function from October 1, 2008 to April, 2009 from 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM with one hour lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm. However, the working hours of Registry of Jammu wing shall be from 10 am to 5pm.
The notification further said that the subordinate Courts of Jammu Province shall function from 10 am to 4.30 pm with half an hour’s lunch from 1 pm to 1.30 pm. These timings would be effective from October 1, 2008 to April 30, 2009, the notification said. |
