Jammu Police nabs criminals with sharp weapons, pistols

Jammu, Apr 11: Police on Sunday arrested two criminals with sharp-edged weapons in Ranbir Singh Pura area here on the city outskirts.
Police said that notorious criminals were caught with an indigenous pistol and some sharp-edged weapons.
On a specific information, RS Pura Police caught two criminals namely Sandeep Kumar alias Shotu of Chak Aslam R S Pura and Amrik Singh of R S Pura and recovered two sharp-edged weapons from their possession.
The duo was caught in criminal cases.
Police further said earlier one notorious criminal already involved in various cases namely Jasbir Singh of Agra Chak at present Jalandhar was arrested and one Indian pistol, live round was recovered from his possession.
Pertinent to mention here that Jasbir alias Kakka is running a 'dhabba' in Jalandhar and criminals after committing crime in Jammu goes underground and resides in his 'dhabba' in Jalandhar.
Further questioning is going on for getting more clues about the whereabouts of other criminals wanted by Jammu Police in various cases.
