JAMMU, Apr 24: Provincial Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir Apni Party, Dr Rohit Gupta, today urged administration to carry out spray, fumigation and sanitization drive in Ward Nos 39 and 29 of Jammu West constituency immediately in view of severe second wave of Covid-19 pandemic threat that is looming in the country and also in Jammu and Kashmir.
Dr Rohit Gupta in a press statement issued today said that people of these two wards have approached him and requested for immediate sanitization of the wards and shifting of open Garbage site near temple forthwith to avoid spreading of fatal diseases as this open garbage site has made the area unhygienic and filthy .
Dr Rohit has appealed to the District administration to take immediate necessary measures for regular sanitization drive and fumigation of these wards and as well shift open garbage site near temple in Subash Nagar Jammu as soon as possible to prevent the area from spreading fatal diseases in view of Covid 19 pandemic threat.
He further appealed to clean Nallah flowing through the adjoining vicinity to make the area neat and clean.
Prominent persons of these wards who met the leader were Avtar Singh Chib, Kanav Singh, Surinder Gupta and many others.
