Youdhvir Singh kick starts lane, drain work at Lower Gadigarh

Jammu, Apr 24: Youdhvir Singh, Councilor ward no. 73 Gadigarh today attended a small and simple occasion at Gurudwara Singh Sabha, Lower Gadigarh in connection with commencement of construction work of lane and drain as chief guest escorted by S. Charanjit Singh SDM Retd. and S. Rasbir Singh .
He was accorded warm reception by the management committee of the Gurudwara Singh Sabha following all protocols of COVID 19 .
The project of construction to be carried out involves construction of drains , black topping & laying of paver tiles from main road to Gurudwara and up to the house of Joginder Singh and further up to the house of Puneet Sharma with the total estimated cost of 6.5Lakhs .
With the beginning of construction work, the long pending demand of the public of the area got fulfilled.
The programme was organized under the overall supervision of Subedar Mohinder Singh and the prominent person who attended the programmed were S. Paramjit Singh, S. Upkar Singh , S.Gurvinder Singh , S. Ranbir Singh , S.Mohinder Singh , S. Inderjit Singh, Lambardar Khazan Singh , Harjot Singh and Manjot Singh J.E Sub Div. IV of MCJ and the contractor S. Sohan Singh .
On this occasion Subedar Mohinder Singh thanked the Councillor Youdhvir Singh and the Mayor for the development work in their area and hoped that Mayor and the Commissioner shall conceal the demand of the councilor for more funds in proportion to the large size of the ward and its population so that justice is done with the less developed areas .
Addressing the gathering he assured that their feelings and ideas shall be communicated to the Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta who is very liberal for granting the just demands of our area.
