| No money in SBI ATMs? | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 5: SBI Services in Jammu have totally failed today because of non-availability of money in ATM. Since morning started queuing up before ATMS operated by SBI but no money transaction was processed. The ATM holders were put to an embarrassing situation. Particularly the pensioners, Service personnel, patients seeking medical advice on from private clinics, Travellers and most particularly who have to travel on long distances in connection with their business.
Every body complained for unsatisfactory services of SBI as their ATM usually remains non-functional which have become a major concern for the account holders.
SBI staff also shows indifferent attitude toward their services for customers.
Therefore, the customers have urged upon the higher authorities of banking institution to prevail upon their subsidiary branches to look into the problem of repeated failure of ATMS and unsatisfactory manual services being provided and initiative measures to make convenient and friendly for the account holders. It will further boost the banking industry when round the clock services will be available for quick business transactions. |
