| Sonali inspects Cattle feed plant at Bari Brahmana | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 6: The principal secretary agriculture production, Sonali Kumar as her visit to cattle feed plant at Bari Brahmna was informed by the managing director Dr. G.N. Qusba that the plant had achieved a record production of 67, 208.70qts during 2007-08 which is highest ever since the inception of the factory. He said at the time of installation way back in 1987-88 the capacity was only 50 MT per day. She was also informed that the import of non-ISI and spurious cattle feed imported with the state is causing great threat to the cattle population of the state. She on spot said that matter will be taken up with the concerned to ban import of spurious feed in the state. |
