SRINAGAR, Oct 7: The Government has ordered fresh transfers and postings of nine officer of the Kashmir Administrative Services while services of -------more recently inducted in the Junior Scale of KAS have been placed at the disposal of different partments.
According to the orders issued today, Nimal Sharma, Director, Handlooms has been transferred and posted as Director, Command Area Development, Jammu vice Bashir Ahmad Dar. Malik Manzoor Ahmad, under orders of posting as Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Administration), Kashmir has been posted as Member, Services Selection Board vice Mushtaq Ahmad Mir;
Charanjit Singh, Additional District Development Commissioner, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Handloom Development Corporation relieving Director, Handlooms of the additional charge of the post;
Hemant Kumar Sharma, under orders of posting as Additional District Development Commissioner, Kathua, has been posted as Director, Area Planning and ex-officio Special Secretary to Government, Planning and Development Department while T. Angchok, under orders of posting as Special Secretary to Government, Science and Technology Department, has been posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Jammu vice Charanjit Singh;
Mahmood Rana, presently attached to the General Administration Department has been posted as Director, Libraries vice Ghulam Hassan Khan;
Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, Member, Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Administration), Kashmir against an available vacancy;
Ghulam Hassan Khan, Director, Libraries has been transferred and posted as Director, Handlooms on ex-cadre basis vice Nirmal Sharma. He will retain lien in his parent Corporation and Bashir Ahmad Dar, Incharge Director, Command Area Development, Jammu holding additional charge of the post of Director, Law Enforcement in the Agriculture Production Department has been posted as Incharge Director, Law Enforcement on full time basis. |
