REASI, May 9: The district Administration Reasi today established Triage facility at District Hospital to regulate the admission of covid positive patients in Designated Covid Hospitals and Covid care centres, besides referral to level- I facility .
As per an order issued here today, Dr Rakesh Raina, Physician, Mob No- 9419240120 will examine the Covid positive patients and decide whether the patient require home isolation, admission or referral to level – I facility.
Dr Rakesh Anand, Consultant Anesthetist Mob No 9419673555 will monitor the condition of patients admitted in the District Hospital and if the patient’s saturation is not maintained through Oxygen, he will put the patient on the ventilator. Similarly Pawneet Pal, Singh Junior Staff Nurse, Mob No 9797573320, will provide complete details of patients advised for home isolation to the nodal officer of the block to which the patient belongs.
Meanwhile, as per an order of Chief Medical Officer a similar triage facility has been created at Community health Centre Katra.
Dr Kavita Sharma, Consultant Physician,Mob No-9596211255, Dr Ruku Rumani, Consultant Anesthetist Mob No 9419850443 and Pharmacist Sushil Kholi Mob No9906201020, Pharmacist Ashwani Sharma Mon No 7889845447 and others will perform corresponding duties at the CHC Katra. |
