| Rotary club sponsors needy patient for open heart surgery | | | SARITA JAMWAL
UDHAMPUR, Oct 8: Rotary Club has sponsored poor children suffering from heart diseases for surgery at Escort Hospital Delhi .
Rtn Susheel Gupta, who flagged off minor child along with his patents to Delhi, said that Club has already sent 20 patients, ailing from different heart diseases for National Institute of Heart Delhi Heart and Lungs Institute New Delhi, for specialized surgeries.
He said the poor children suffering with heart problem were unable to get specialized treatment as it was beyond their reach and the club has taken it to itself to get such children treated. He said more patients would be sent outside the state for surgery in near future also.
All the members of the club wished the kid for earliest and speedy recovery. The local people have appreciated this gesture of the Club and assured every financial help for this noble cause to the club. |
