Member Parliament (Rajya Sabha) S. Trilok Singh Bajwa, has announced Rs five lakhs grant,out f this constituency funds for carrying out various civic works in Suchetgarh constituency of tehsil R.S.Pura.
Accompanied by PDP leaders, Baldev Singh Pappa,Youth District President, Chuni Lal Zonal President, Jagjit Singh Jaggi, Youth President of Suchetgarh, Jaswant Singh, Ramsaran, Suram Singh, Bachan Singh and Ch. Kuldeep Singh, Bajwa conducted extensive tour of Mole Camp, Dedah Camp, Devigarh, Budejaal, Sheksar Camp, Sardari Camp an Nikowal and took stock various ongoing works in the border villages.
Speaking on the occasion, Bajwa said that coalition government is determined to improve living conditions of the people particularly on the border and remote areas of the state like Suchetgarh. He said that various civic amenities works like the construction of lanes and drains were being completed in these villages as part of the programme.
Bajwa during daylong hour sorted out problems being confronted by the farmers and BSF personnel. Appreciating the helping role of security forces, he said that forces are doing yeoman service for villagers.
