| MLC demands early rail link to Rajouri, Poonch | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 9 : The MLC and Senior Congress leader Ashok Sharma discussed over all political situation of the state with minister of state for commerce and power Jai Ram Ramesh and MP, Dr Karan Singh here today.
As per press release MLC Sharma apprise both the leaders about the various development projects under taken during congress lal Govt in the state. He also demanded that border districts Poonch and Rajouri he linked with railways, so that pace of development gets further boost. He also thanked Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi and other Senior Congress leader for their contribution in getting 450 MW state own Baglihar Hydro project completed and also 70 km railway track in Kashmir valley. |
