People, especially the attendants, rushed to the spot and to their surprise found heaps of human parts. Labourers who were engaged in the construction of adjoining part of the hospital first noticed the heap of human parts and after making hue and cry, the attendants also rushed to spot. Later, the doctors who reached to the spot were safely escaped by the police protection, as attendants’ were berserk, smelling some foul play. However, Principal GMC Rajinder Singh when approached by this paper said ‘the human parts are the part of the training of the trainee doctors’. He said that these parts are the property of the Anatomy Department. He said that in order to provide training to the doctors, human parts are kept in a tank for few days for spoiling so that doctors can easily understand each and every part of bone and joints.
