DODA, Oct 11: The district unit of Jammu and Kashmir Trade Union Congress today organized workers meeting at Sartingal, in which more than one hundred workers participated and threw light on the present political and security scenario prevailing in the state. Mukhtiar Ahmed Mir District President chaired the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, Mukhtiar expressed anguish over the slow pace of progress on the developmental works in the Doda and urged the state administration to ensure completion of all those works under execution in a time bound manner.
Mukhtiar also demanded implementation of the recommendations of the 6th pay commission at the earliest and hailed the commissioning of Baghliar Project. |
