| Padam qualifies umpiring test | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 16: Presently with University of Jammu, Padam Dev Singh, a national hockey player has qualified the National Hockey Umpiring Test, the results of which were declared by the Indian Hockey Federation (IHF) recently.
Resident secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Hockey Association, Padam Dev has to his credit an important assignment of being the Indian Universities hockey team by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for the Ist South Asian Inter-University Hockey Tournament which was organized by Gurunanak Dev University, Amritsar. |
