| PCA thrashes GCC | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 16: PCA cricket Club thrashed GCC Jammu club in the opening club matches being played here at GGM Science College Hostel Ground.
After winning the toss, PCA elected to bat first and scored 235 runs losing 8 wickets in the stipulated 40 overs.
For PCA Varun scored 74 runs while Vikas scored 87 runs. Sunil Kumar from GCC grabbed four wickets while Rajeev got three wickets.
Chasing the target of 235 GCC was bundled out for 198 runs. Sumit was the only top scorer with 81 runs.
For PCA Harjinder bowled brilliantly and grabbed 5 wickets to his name. Surinder took two wickets. Varun Sharma took one wicket.Man of the match was awarded to Varun Sharma for his all round performance. |
