Kitchloo demands relief for fire sufferers

SRINAGAR, Oct 17: Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo, ex-MLA Kishtwar today called on Dr. S.S. Bloeria, Advisor to Governor and apprised him about the pathetic condition of the inhabitants who have suffered badly due to the devastating fire in Kishtwar area..
He informed Dr. Bloeria that the relief of Rs. 5000 per family disbursed by the government among the sufferers is not at all sufficient and urged upon the government to further enhance the amount of relief. He said people have lost their homes and hearths and their sufferings cannot be overlooked and taken casually and demanded that the sufferers of Choidraman be provided relief on the pattern of Margi fire victims.
He also demanded that immediate arrangement be made for the proper rehabilitation of the suffers on war footing by providing CGI Sheets, Timber as the winter has already set in and the area got its first snow fall.
Dr. Bloeria, appreciated the concern of Kichloo and assured of every possible help from the government.
