JAMMU, July 3: Jammu People's Party has requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi and LG, Manoj Sinha to re-think on the ill conceived idea of stopping the Darbar move decision. We fail to understand the calculation of some new advisors , to save a petty amount of 200 crores per annum , and in the process they will be bifurcating the entire Jammu from Kashmir. We request that let these advisors explain the source of income of Jammu people other than marriage season and arrival of Kashmiri people in Jammu. People of Jammu have gone in to depression as it is going to affect their main business because of the people of Kashmir not coming to Jammu with families to spend lot of money to keep the tempo of business on. This step was taken by Farooq Government some 30 years back and the Jammu remained closed under protest for more than 20 days , even the small vendors did no business to show their resentment, JPP said .
We understand the LG Manoj Sinha and his advisors have come from outside the J&K UT and does not understand the ethos , love ,and bonds of the people of two regions
Jitendra Singh MoS PMO has also forgotten this important parmpra of J&K unless the Government has some other secret plan for Kashmir at international level. Jammu has always been the victim of experiments by all successive Governments. JPP advised not to break the centuries old ties of Jammu and Kashmir people. |
