| HM Ultra detained under PSA for second time. | | | SARITA JAMWAL
UDHAMPUR, Oct 19: Abdul Noorani son of Mohamed Hussein resident of Basantgarh, an alleged militant of HM outfit and a history sheet, was detained under PSA for the second time by District Magistrate Udhampur.
According to reports the Noorani was detained under PSA second time on Friday on grounds that the alleged HM militant had deep rooted links with the other militant outfits and was unleashing terrorism of high intensity and spreading insurgency in the state .Accused had waged a war by subversive and disruptive activities and was involved in looting civilians and attacking security forces in Dudu Basantgarh and Latti areas of Udhampur district at more than ten occasions.
According to information Noorani was earlier detained under PSA during November 2007 on similar grounds by District Magistrate, Udhampur and was later released during September this year as State High Court quashed previous detention order challenged by accused on various technical grounds
Reviewing qashment order, administration again detained the alleged militant under PSA for the second time for carrying out anti-national and subversive activities. |
