| BTCC enters finals of Happy Memorial Cricket Tournament | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 11: Bawa Talab Cricket Club (BTCC) beat Jourian Warriors in 2nd Semi-finals of 1st Happy Memorial Cricket Tournament at Government Higher Secondary School Akhnoor. Tournament is organized by Ravi Verma and Aryan Gupta under overall supervision of Kr Sham Singh Langeh (General Secretary District Jammu JKCA).
Earlier Jourian Warriors won the toss and elected to bat first, while batting first they scored 150/10 in 20 overs. Lakhan Singh 60, Sandeep Singh 26, Abhishek 20 were top scorers from Jourian Warriors and among BTCC Sukhdev got 3 wickets, where as Bhanu and Munna got 2 wickets each while Happy and Rohit shared 1 wicket each. BTCC while chasing the target achieved the target in 19 overs as it scored 151/7. Major contributers were Binny Singh 32, Munna 37, Anil Kumar 19 and Anil Singh 17 where as from Jourian Warriors Ajay, Sagar and Randeep shared 2 wickets each. Sandeep got one wicket. Munna from Bawe Talab Club was declared Man of the match. Vikas Bali and Dayal Singh were umpires of the match where as Rahul Gupta and Manav were scorers. |
