JAMMU, Oct 19: Barely hours ahead of the announcement of impending elections to Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly, the Governor’s administration ordered transfers at top and middle level of bureaucracy shifting key officers.
Anil Goswami, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department has been transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner (Revenue) vice Mr. Khurshid Ahmad Ganai.
Arun Kumar, IAS, presently attached to the General Administration Department has been posed as Principal Secretary to Government, Information Technology Department relieving Mr. Ashok Kumar Parmar, Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Science and Technology Department of the charge of the Department of Information Technology.
Khurshid Ahmad Ganai, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Revenue) has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department vice Mr. Anil Goswami.
Tashi Dorjee, IAS, in the Ladakh Affairs Department has been transferred and posted as Joint Financial Commissioner (Agrarian Reforms) against an available vacancy.
