| JK CT Scan opens its centre at Udhampur | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Oct 21: To provide modern diagnostic facilities to the people at their door steps, JKCT Scan today opened its centre at Dhar Road, Udhampur. The first of its kind, the whole body CT scan machine, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound and Self-interpretation ECG will be available at the centre. The objective of opening the diagnostic centre is to facilitate the people of Udhampur, its peripheral regions and the people from far flung areas like Ramnagar, Katra, Kud, Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar, to avail these diagnostic facilities at their surrounding place rather then traveling to Jammu or any other big cities for the same. Earlier the people of Udhampur and its surrounding areas had to come to Jammu for advanced diagnostics. But now by having CT scan centre at their surrounding place, people can actually save their money and time and can focus exclusively on their health related problems and their remedial. All types of investigations starting from head plain and contrast CT; Chest plain and contrast CT; Abdomein plain and contrast CT ; specific X-Rays and Allied investigation; lower and upper ultrasound would be carried out at the Udhampur Centre of JKCT Scan and Research Centre. Apart from these services, additional facilities like 24 hour emergency services, fully air-conditioned state- of- the- art centre, generator backup, competent technicians and staff members is also there to serve the people in a more efficient manner.
