| Unidentified body found from river Chenab river | | |

Kishtwar, July 22: An unidentified dead body was today found from river Chenab near Wattal Hall area in the outskirts of Kishtwar town.
As per the details available with with Early Times, after receiving an information about the floating of dead body in river water, the people immediately brought the matter into the notice of police who immediately swung into action and retrieved the dead body which is in decomposition condition.
Speaking to Early Times, senior police officials said that after shifting the bead body to Hospital, the identification process has begun added that two parties has so far come forward for identification of the dead body and claims of one of the party is being crossed checked.
Police said that the flood gates of 390 MW Dool Hasti Power projects was opened two days ago and it might be the reason that the dead body trapped in river might reach at the spot added that the dead body could be that of a missing worker engaged in construction of power project in Nagsini area of the District. |
