JAMU, Oct 21: For preparation of fresh ration cards, as per 2001 census, all the ration card holders have been advised to submit their declaration forms duly completed in all respects mentioning name, age, occupation, address, monthly income etc correctly and legibly by or before the close of the current month along with self attested passport size photograph of the head of family to the concerned dealer.
This whole exercise, for issuing fresh and updated ration cards, has to be completed by the end of the December this year. |
