| Congress brought transparency: Charak | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 23: To review the organization working for ensuring Assembly elections a meeting block Congress committee Bishnah was held today which was attended by the prominent and seasoned congress workers of the block Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak was the chief guest on the occasion.
While speaking on the occasion Charak explained the achievements/developments made during the last 3years of Congress role. He said that corruption was curbed to a large extent and transparency was brought in all departments. He further said that due to this trade links were restored with the neighbouring country after a gap of many years in order to normalize relations with them. Charak said Congress party is the only secular party in the country which is all out for amelioration of the conditions of depressed and deprived section s of the society. He impressed upon the workers to strengthen the party by reaching to the gross root level and solve their burning problems and also appealed to the party workers to work unitedly for the party in the coming by giving it thumping majority so that it forms next government of its won. Des Raj, Prem Sagar Gupta, Gurnam Singh, Sant Kumar Dingra, Purshotam singh, Sher Singh, Kulbir Singh, Kastori Lal, Suraj Sharma spoke on the occasion. |
