POONCH, Aug 4: Vice Chairperson of District Development Council, Poonch, Ashfaq Chowdhary today chaired a meeting to review the progress of ongoing developmental works here at Conference Hall of DC office.
The meeting was attended by the Additional District Development Commissioner, Abdul Sattar, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Basharat Hussain members of District Development Council, Block Development Council besides Executive Engineers and district officers were present.
The meeting reviewed the development activities in Sub Division Mendhar, including, construction of stadium in Mankote, opening of transformer workshop, Completion of Mankote road, Completion of Balakote road from Bhatta Duria to Sinjote, Gala to Loharka road, Black topping and various other developmental issues.
District Development Council Member Mankote Imran Zaffar sought early completion of Stadium in Mankote, opening of transformer repairing workshop in Mendhar and pending roads in Mankote for the benefit of the people.
BDC Balakote, Shamim Akhter also raised demands including, completion of roads from Bhatta Durian to Sinjyote, black topping of Sinjyote Gala to Loharka road and various other issues.
The Vice-Chairman stressed upon the concerned officers to expedite the execution of ongoing development works
Additional District Developmental Commissioner, Poonch, Abdul Sattar, stressed upon the officers to work in close coordination with the Councilors for development of need based infrastructure. |
