| Mangat heads manifesto panel, Peerzada is made publicity chief | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Oct 23: The Congress has though reserved a role for the former Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad to lead election campaign in Jammu and Kashmir, but it is the PCC chief Saif-ud-Din Soz whose writ is being seen running on all affairs.
