SRINAGAR, Oct 24: Director General of Police, Kuldeep Khoda ordered scholarship of Rs 1.34 lakhs, in favour of wards of Police Martyrs and meritorious wards of serving police personnel for the academic session of 2007-2008.
Official sources said that meritorious scholarship of Rs 840 each has been awarded to 51 wards of serving police personnel out of Central Police Welfare Fund who have secured distinction in the annual examination of class 8th and 9th during academic session of 2007-08.
Those who were awarded scholarships include Sunil Sharma (83.2%), Manjeet Singh (78%), Neha Kumari Rana (83%), Sameer Ibrahim Chowdhary (90%), Rajan Sharma (88%), Mohd Asif (84%), Sukesh Gupta (90%), Rohit Bhat (90%), Banpreet Kour( 90%), Amit Sharma (76.8%), Rohit Rehsi (90%), Sunil Sharma (86.8%), Banmeet Kour (81.2%), Vishavinder Singh (90 %), Shubam Hakim (92%), Shilpa Sharma (94%), Akshay Sharma (84%), Umar Rafiq Mirza(84%), Varha Raina (82.4%), Mohd Azhar(81.2%), Diksha (96.8%), Raspreet Singh (91.2%), Rajesh Kumar Sharma (79.2%), Niharik Salathia (93.6%), Vishal Raina (88.8%), Ritesh Bhat (90.8%), Poonam Phonsa (80%), Rahol Phohsa (76.4%), Komal Salathia (95.6%), Umar Farrooq (87.2%), Martina Sandhu (80.%), Nazia Tabasum(86.4%), Vineka Panditha (92.8%), Sandeep Sharma (90.8%), Yaswinder Kumar (81.4%), Mohit KumarHans(95.6%), Avishek Jasrotia ( 84.8%), Amit Kumar Atri(76.8%), Ratish Bhat (76.6%), Shubham Sharma (92.%), Priya Pandita(89.2%), Nishu Raina (81.6%), Arun Chandal (85.6%), Aadil Gulzar Bhat (88.2%), Sahil Sharma (83.6%)Jasmeet Kour (86%), Zahida Manzoor(86.4%), Abhishiek Chark(86.2%), Shivani Bhalwal(90.8%), of 8th class and Shazia Shamin Khan(93.3%) and Arshpreet Kour(85.5%), all students of 9th class. |
