| Registration camp for Aadhaar, Ayushman Bharat cards organized | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 12: In order to overcome the problems related to Aadhaar card and Ayushman Bharat card, two-day long registration camp was started at ward 56 Gangyal of Gandhi Nagar constituency. This camp was inaugurated by BJP leader Baldev Singh Billawaria at Durga Mandir Community Hall, Gangyal. BJP leader Billawaria said that due to Covid curfew for some time, the work related to Aadhar card and Ayushman card of citizens was not being conducted. Keeping this in view, this special camp has been organized. He said that the problems usually faced in CSC have been made easy here. He said that all the work related to Aadhaar card like updating address, mobile number, e-mail or updating photo or biometric is being done in the camp. Billawaria said that apart from registering new beneficiaries in the Ayushman scheme, those who were already registered under the scheme would be provided with their golden cards. He further said that the Ayushman scheme launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has proved to be a game changer for India's healthcare system.
On the other hand, a public darbar was organized by the Revenue Department at Ward 56 Gangyal Sai Sahyog Hotel. BJP leader and local corporator Baldev Singh Billawaria, Naib Tehsildar Sham Singh, Gardor Raman Sharma and Patwari Munish Charak listened to the problems of the people who came to the public darbar and solved the problem on the spot. Crowds of people were seen in the camp from morning till evening to get their revenue works done. Ranjit Singh, Puran Verma, Sunil Sharma, Rajinder Chaudhary, Yash Raj, Madan Pandey, Mulkh Raj Ajit Singh and other dignitaries were present on the occasion. |
