| One held with live rounds | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 24: Special Operation Group held one person in the Jammu Bus Stand and recovered six rounds from his possession. SOG received some unknown telephone call in which they were told that a militant was arriving from Srinagar to Jammu and is reaching in the Bus Stand soon. The bus number and the portrait of the suspect was also elaborated to them. SOG laid a trap and held the person besides recovered six rounds from his bag. He was taken to custody and during interrogation he told police that he was going to Budhal and belonged to Bakerwal community. He also told he was a pony wala who works with his pony during Amarnath yatra. He alleged that somebody had deliberately put the rounds in his bag. His interrogation was on till the last reports came in. |
