| BGSBU Researcher selected for IARI conference | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
RAJOURI, Oct 25: A researcher of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri has been invited by Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi to present his research paper in the National Conference organized by IARI in collaboration with Indian Society of Plant Physiology from November 13, 2008.
Resident of remote Nadian village of Darhal tehsil in Rajouri district, Sadakat Choudhary will present his paper titled "Effect of pulsing treatments on petal turgidity, membrane integrity and flower quality of cut daffodil".
It is pertinent to mention here that Indian Institute of Plant Physiology in collaboration of IRAI New Delhi is organizing national seminar to celebrate its Golden Jubilee. For this conference, research papers were invited all over India from Scientists and Researchers and only few papers were selected. Sadakat Choudhary is the only Researcher of Jammu and Kashmir state who has been selected to present his paper on the occasion. His paper has also get nod for publication in Indian Journal of Plant Physiology. |
