| DPS celebrates ‘Diwali’ function | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 25: The students of Delhi Public School (DPS) celebrated “Diwali” with great joy and fervour in the school premises here today.
The day began with a special assembly followed by various activities. Senior students joined the celebration by participating in a cookery competition. Primary Wing and Middle Wing of the school held Rangoli, poster, college and card making, Diya/thali and candle decoration competitions. Headmistress Rohini Aima gave away the prize to the winner of various competitions and lauded the efforts of teachers and the students for the excellent display of their creativity. S.S. Birwal, administrator conveyed the vote of thanks on the occasion. |
