| Speakers term statement of BJP spokesperson on Article 370 only to befool public | | |

Jammu, Aug 26: Several speakers in a meeting have termed the statement of BJP spokesperson, claiming the abrogation of art 370 and 35-A as a dead issue, is only a statement to befool the general public.
“If after the abrogation of art 370 Mandal report is not implemented in jk ut, if NEET is not applicable in jk ut and the recently bill passed in the just concluded parliament session giving powers to state to prepare their own OBC lists , is too not applicable in jk ut, all these show that art 370 is still in vogue”, they said.
It was discussed in a meet under the chairmanship of its president Abdul Majid Malik in which speakers termed the abrogation as a magic which is still in exercise in spite of a big tall claim by the BJP center govt.
Gupkar group members like Congress NC and PDP are still demanding for the restoration of art 370 where as the art 370 has not been abrogated. Both Gupkar and Gapkar groups , one claims for abrogation of art 370 and the other group demand for its restoration but both are wrong as when there is no abrogation then for what Gupkar group demands for, they claimed.
Speakers also came down heavily upon the Congress whose delegation met with PSC at dehli before it’s visit to jk ut with no public demands.
Congress was the first which looted rights of OBCs and never honoured the Indian Constitution and it (Congress) has its full support to BJP for destroying the Constitution.
