| Jammu police put on high alert | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER JAMMU | SEPT 12 After recovering seven Kgs of RDX from the entrance of Chest Disease (CD) hospital Bakshi Nagar late last night, Jammu province has been put on high alert. Sr. Superintendent of Police, Mukesh Singh while talking to Early Times, said that police is fully alert and is further beefed up.. Strict instruction has been given to police personal posted at different nakas in the city to keep strict vigil in their respective areas and apprehended the person found under moving in suspicious manner. SSP said, the ultras had planted the explosive to target the civilians visiting Govt. medical college hospital and CD hospital for treatment. This act of militants shows that they have no sympathy with innocent civilians, who are already sick and needs medical treatment. He said, security has also been beefed up at important religious places, busy railway and bus stations, airports busy markets, radio station, secretariat etc places. SSP further said, that with the recovery of RDX near the gate of CD hospital proves hat the ultras might have made a pot to create catastrophe. Police fully alert and all routes to city are put to under strict surveillance, he said.
