UDHAMPUR, Sept 1: Vice President of District Youth Congress Udhampur Tirath Sharma along with other youth workers registered a protest by raising slogans against the central government's policy of monetization.
Speaking on the issue, Tirath Sharma said that the central government is gradually selling the country's property to some nears and dears ones, which is opposed by the youth Congress because it is the property of the Country and it doesn't belong to Bharatiya Janata Party.
The central government often criticizes that Congress hasn't done anything for the last 70 years but it was Congress which made India to stand among the powerful countries of the world.
"But this Modi Government has sold the govt properties to the private players whether it is BSNL, AIR INDIA, RAILWAYS, LIC and even government buildings are being privatised", he said.
Others who were present in the protest included Umesh Deep, Ashish Raina, Vikram, Ajay Kumar, Mohd Sultan, Akshay Kumar, Rohit, Vikram Jamwal and many more. |
