LEH, Oct 30: To take up campaigning in Leh for the party’s nominee, the JKNPP Supremo, Prof Bhim Singh rushed to Leh from Delhi today. The party has fielded Mohammed Ramzan who is also the JKNPP district president, from the Leh constituency who filed his papers today before the Returning Officer in presence of the party chief.
Addressing a public rally here today, Prof Singh praised the people of Ladakh for demonstrating their secular unity and promoting national integration. He declared that his party shall fight for reopening of silk route from Leh to Kailash and Leh to central Asia besides reopening of Kargil-Askardu road. |
