JAMMU, Sept 15: The NSS unit of Government Degree College (GDC) Jindrah in collaboration with the Directorate of AYUSH organised a medical camp under “Poshan Maah” at the Government Middle School falling under the jurisdiction of Panchayat Nagola. The medical camp was in order to educate locals about AYUSH and its increasing popularity around the world as people are again coming back to health resources which are more reliable, sustainable, and less harmful. Especially, Yoga has become the icon of health in the whole world. The holistic approach of AYUSH is making this health system more popular. The whole program was done under the supervision of Dr. Sunil Sharma, Program officer, NSS Unit of GDC Jindrah who was assisted by the whole NSS Unit and volunteers of GDC Jindrah. Prof. Rajshree Dhar, principal, GDC Jindrah highly appreciated the move and congratulated the whole NSS team for organizing such medical camps for the welfare of the society. |
