Govt PG College for Women Gandhi Nagar organises Online Quiz Competition on ‘Hindi Saahity Ka Itihaas’

JAMMU, Sept 18: The Department of Hindi, Govt PG College for Women, Gandhi Nagar today organised an online quiz competition on the topic ‘Hindi Saahity Ka Itihaas’ in the series of activities to celebrate HINDI PAKHWARA under the banner of Aazadi ka Amrut Mahotsav.
In the quiz competition, the students participated with great enthusiasm.
Jannat Akhter of 2nd semester & Alisha Talwar of 4th semester shared the 1st position, while Jasmeet Kour of 2nd semester, Raveena Kumari, Jasleen Kour, Rupali Gandhi, Urvashi Sharma, Sonalika Sharma, Divya Digra and Harman Jeet Kour of 4th semester and Mansha of 6th semester shared the 2nd position, while Muskan Sharma and Arti Sharma of 2nd semester, Sonika Sharma, Anjali Devi, Mrinalini Pathania of 4th semester, Veenakshi Sharma and Bharti Verma of 6th semester bagged the 3rd position. The position holders will be awarded certificates of merit.
The event was organised under the patronage of college Principal, Dr Sangita Nagari.
The Principal appreciated the event of Hindi Department and highlighted the significance of Quizzes, Dr. Nagari emphasised that this brainstorming event will help the students in the competitive and admission oriented exams. The event was organised by Prof Poonam in the guidance of HOD Hindi Dr. M K Mussa.
