| Co-ordination Committee of Judicial, civil, Police authorities reviews dispensation of Justice | | |  Early Times Report
DODA, Sept 24: Co-ordination Committee of Judicial, civil and Police authorities today reviewed dispensation of Justice to the litigants and redress of difficulties faced by the Judicial Institution and other stakeholders here at its meeting chaired by Principal, District & Sessions Judge, Bhaderwah, Virender Singh Bhou (Chairman of Committee).
The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma; Senior Superintendent of
Police Doda Mumtaz Ahmed; Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhaderwah Rakesh Bhagat; Additional Superintendent of Police Bhaderwah Abdul Qayoom; Deputy Director Prosecution Ravinder Kumar Rao; Superintendent District Jail Bhaderwah Mushtaq Ahmed Malla; Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) Bhaderwah Jawad-ul-Hassan; Chief Medical Officer Doda Dr. Mohd Yaqoob Mir; Chief Education Officer Doda Prahlad Bhagat; District Social Welfare officer Doda Zubair Ahmed; Executive Officer Municipal Committee Bhaderwah Yousuf Umar; Assistant Director Food and Supplies Doda Sohaib Latief and Chief Judicial Magistrate Prem Sagar, who is also Secretary of the Co-ordination committee.
Agendas pertaining to ways & means for effective, efficient and timely rendering of justice to the litigants, infrastructural and other difficulties faced by Judicial Institution and other stakeholders of District Doda were discussed threadbare and methodology/action to be taken within specified time limit were also considered in the meeting.
The meeting resolved that the modalities to address the difficulties faced by the stakeholders shall be worked out and implemented in stipulated time frame. |
