| Climate Change is Real: Sat Sharma | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 24: Under the ongoing 'Sewa Samarpan Abhiyan'a plantation drive and environment awareness program was held at Government School, Ward 12 of Jammu West Aasembly segment. Former Minister and Ex MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) along with other leaders of BJP including Corporators participated in the program and pledged for protecting the environment.
The program was organized by Former Chairman JMC & Corporator Jeet Angral in which Corporators Pramod Kapahi & Hardeep Singh Mankotia, BJP Publicity Secretary Ayodhya Gupta, Mandal President Keshav Chopra, District General Secretary Rajesh Gupta and several others participated including School Principal and staff.
Sharma said that climate change is real and it is a dire need to work upon saving our environment to build a clean and green environment for our future generations. He said as we know that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi several initiatives have been taken up by the Government to build a clean aura but as a responsible citizen of the country it also becomes our duty to maintain and initiate in the process. He also stated that more such drives will also be conducted in the coming days and by going ward wise people will also be made aware about the challenges that are in front of us regarding protecting the environment. |
