UDHAMPUR, Sept 25: DIET Kud, Udhampur has completed 1st batch of Pre- Primary and Primary level teachers and Masters of District Udhampur on Early Child Care and Education under the guidance of Principal DIET Sikander Lal.
In this workshop twenty teachers from all the Educational Zones have participated. In the opening remarks regarding the workshop Principal DIET said that early child care and education is a challenging task as how a teacher will handle a very tender mind and needs all kinds of sympathies and Play way activities which will boost the Kids to reach in the schools. Resource Persons namely Rajesh Sharma Sr. Lecturer, Sashi Bala Master, Rushika Gupta Teacher, trained the participant in different sub topics like NEP 2020 in ECCE, Alphabet, Numeracy, Morning meetings, Storey Telling, Integrated Learning, Conduct of Assessment, Play way methodology and Group Activities like making of Colored Charts, Learning Material, Skits etc. In the feedback given by the Participant, all have thanked the Principal DIET, Resource Persons and Coordinating team as they have got a lot of Practical based knowledge of ECCE and all will implement the same in their respective institutions in days to come.
