JAMMU, Nov 3: Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice, MK Hanjura has issued promotions and transfers order in the staff of Subordinate Judiciary.
According the order Abdul Latif Bhat Nazir in the court of Additional District/ Sessions Judge Doda has been temporarily promoted as Section Officer in the pay-grade 7450-225-11500 and posted in the court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Poonch, Abdul Munir Mir Nazir in the court of Munsiff Basohli has been temporarily promoted as Section Officer in the pay-grade 7450-225-11500 and posted in the court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Poonch. Abdul Gani Manhas Nazir in the court of Munsiff Banihal who has been temporarily promoted as Section Officer in the pay-grade 7450-225-11500 has been posted in the court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Bhaderwah and Mustaq Ahmed Head Assistant attached in the Jammu Wing of High Court on promotion temporarily as Section Officer in the pay-grade 7450-225-11500 has been attached with the Protocol Section of the High Court Jammu Wing.
In another order issued by Chief Justice's Secretariat Nazir Ahmed Mirza Section Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Kupwara has been temporarily promoted as Administrative officer in the pay-grade 7500-12000 and posted in the court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Jammu, Mangat Singh Section Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Jammu promoted temporarily as Accounts Officer in the pay-grade 7500-12000 has been posted in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Anantnag, Mohammed Iqbal Accounts Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Anantnag has been transferred and posted in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Udhampur, Beli Ram Accounts Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Udhampur on transfer has been posted in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Srinagar.
